Latitude vs. Max Temperature(F)

Analysis and Observations: Cities closer to the 30 N lines of Lat are warmer. Farther away from 30 N line - cooler the weather.

With cooler temperatures in Southeren Hemisphere and warmer temperatures in Northren Hemisphere it is evident that it is winter and summer in said hemispheres, respectively.

The temperature values peaking at the 30 N line is due to the position of the Earth from June through September. The NH is the hemisphere tilted towards the sun. Therefore, the 30 N line of latitude gets sun exposure at a 90-degree angle. Why are there fewer warmer cities past the latitudes of 75 N and 50 S? There are simply fewer cities near the Antarctic and Arctic Cirles.
