Analysis and Observations: Latitude does not have much affect on Humididty.

There are propotional number of humid cities across all latitudes ranging from 8% humidity and 100%. Majority of the cities are humid on this day with humidity levels between 60% and 100% . There is one city with 0 humididty. Why are there fewer humid cities past the latitudes of 75 N and 50 S? There are simply fewer cities near the Antarctic and Arctic Cirles.
