Analysis and Observations: Latitude does not have much affect on Cloudiness.

here are propotional number of cities with varied percentage of cloud cover across all latitudes. A lot of cities across the globe have 0% clouds today and there is also a good percentage of cloudy cities with cloud cover between 75% to 100%. Why are there fewer cloudy cities past the latitudes of 75 N and 50 S? There are simply fewer cities near the Antarctic and Arctic Cirles.
